kristenfahy @sammy Viscose is a type of natural fabric. Not sure what what season this dress is from. Yes I believe the elastic is enough to keep it up though I haven't worn the dress myself. Hope that helps!

kristenfahy @sammy it's not a thick wool-like fabric, more lightweight and good for warmer weather. I can take measurements and more photos tomorrow.
