ZARA Pleated Tunic Blouse / Mini Dress

Zara wine/burgundy tunic blouse. Like new - only worn once. I cut the care tag out because it showed, but I believe it’s polyester... a crepe/silk like fabric. I suppose you could wear as a dress like the model, but I wore it with leggings.
