This is a dolman sleeve romper, so it’s difficult to get its precise measurement.
I added photos with my measuring tape.
Please see image with small spot on “lapel” as I only just noticed it.
I have not worn this since purchase from previous posher. I have only washed it & hung dry. It’s possible that spot will come out with remover.
