ZARA TEREZ MAXI SKIRT SZ SMALL / MEDIUM. NWT #242

Zara Torres maxi skirt. New with tag. Style is snow dream. Does not have an actual size on it. Waste band is entirely elastic. Has a whole lot of stretch to it. Laying flat it is 12 which would be 24 inches but with stretch it goes up to a 18 which would be 36 inches. So what should fit either a small or a medium. Has a side slit I believe this may be a sample piece just from the writing on the tag Please look at my other items listed.
