ZARA black swingy/flowy skirt, size SMALL

This is a Zara skirt that I never wore. Skirt has been stored in my nonsmoking home. The skirt features a smooth black polyester fabric with some sheen that has been gathered up into whatare like pleats. The gathering is achieved at waistband by stretching the elastic and sewing it down near top of the waistband and again at waist. This tesults in a ruffle like appearance at top of waistband. It is a flowly swingy little skirt. No rips tears or stains. Very good condition.
