Brand new skirt from Zara. It is embroidered in a floral design with little reflective circles mixed in. Very Spanish/hispanic inspired. Has smocked detail on the hips with two tiers of ruffles at the bottom.
Has drawstring cinch belt detail so you can make it tighter, with decorative tassels at the ends.
