Never been worn • polyester • does not allow any give which is why I sized up (I'm usually a small) • measurements lying flat • shoulder to hem: 23" • across the bust: 17" • collar dip 5" • sleeves down 8" • excellent condition • please note: my home base is in Guam so shipping will take a little longer based on the USPS' discretion, usually 7-10 days
