@sy_shaminy hi there! Sorry for the delay! We have similar measurements (I'm a little shorter & around 102 lbs). So, the vest has an area that is "cinched" towards the waist - I felt like that helped to create/maintain a shape. I will say that this is def a statement piece and longer. I would recommend wearing heels or a heeled bootie/boots. I don't think it would be a flattering proportion with flats (since we're both on the shorter side)

@roshposh600 hi there! That's a good question. I don't know this for sure but I don't think Posh allows for returns due to sizing. I don't know if it's something you would be interested in but if that were to happen, you could always resell it as something from your closet.
