Heel to toe measurements are 10.5 inches, unfortunately, there seems to be a discrepancy between the two Size Charts I've been using. Poshmark shows 40Euro as 10US, the Manufacturer (Zara) shows 40Euro as 9US. I've done a 3rd comparison with another pair of US sized 9 shoes, the heel to toe measurement was the same and matching the Zara sizing.

@yankee1962, I'm sorry for the the size confusion, these flats were from a friend's closet clean out and i never tried them on, they wouldn't fit me im 8.0, again sorry for the the size listing.
