ZARA high collar navy/white small top

Very cute Zara top with a high collar and a bit of a puff sleeve. Great used condition, no rips/stains. Textured/puckered fabric with a sort of leopard print…? Size small, fabric is stretchy but the fit is snug like a size 2. Pit to pit ~16.5 inches, shoulder to hem ~19 inches. From smoke free home!
