Bought at Debs at the peak y2k Black/pink trend! BEAUTIFUL rich dark pink semi-sheer material (color is so VIVID!) with a 2nd layer of flowy black chiffon like material. Very little to no stretch. Features a sweetheart neckline, ruched detailing and high-low cut skirt. Tags state size 9/10, but measurements are exact. Dress did have a flower fabric pin that's missing, otherwise perfect condition!! NO tearing, holes, runs, fraying or stains. Comes from a smoke/pet free home.
