Zac Posen NWOT ruffle dress

NWOT beautiful, never worn Zac Posen dress from the limited Target collection. This dress has a camisole style slip underneath. It also features stylish, layered, flutter sleeves and a v-neck. The sash ties at the waist. Tags were removed, but dress was never worn. Like all of the listings in my closet, this item is from a smoke and pet free home.
