Zac Posen Teal Sheath Texture Dress Size 8

Size 8 Excellent preowned condition but does have a spot on the back of the bottom (see pics). It was purchased from The Real Real but never worn. I am unsure of what the spot is and if it can be treated or not. Deep teal blue color Sleeveless Sheath style Figure flattering Stretches comfortable Concealed zipper at the bottom of the back (can be closed all the way or left open for a slit).
