Zac Posen ruffle skirt

Really cool ruffle skirt from Zac Posen from Target. It is see though so it is meant to be worn with leggings or bike shorts. Knee length on a 5’6 person. Never worn but has no tags. The black has a bluish tone to it. Almost navy.
