Zac & Rachel Navy Summer Flowy Blouse

Very cute & figure flattering flowy navy summer blouse. Has a tank sewn in as bottom layer. Size Small, but it has a lot of stretch to it. I’m a size Large and it fits me perfectly. The outer layer is a light weight knit. As light weight as a dress scarf. Very pretty silver piece in front, sewn in as decoration.
