what is the lower armpit to armpit measurement? are there pintucks?

@oceanblue926 From armpit to armpit it is 25.5" without stretching the fabric. 28.5" if it is stretched. There are 5 pin tucks on each side in the front. They go from the shoulder to right below the buttons, giving it the blowsy look
