Adorable Zadie B’s black top with quarter length sleeves! This top has chiffon ruffles at the neckline, and sleeves. It also has a double row of ruffles down the center of the shirt front. Super cute, size XL, but FITS LIKE A MEDIUM. You can judge for yourself from the pictures, but it looks to me like the bust is about 20 inches lying flat. The hips look about 22 inches lying flat.
