Zana Bayne Cuff Clear PVC with Silver Hardware and O-Ring

Original 2016 ZANA BAYNE Choker Cuff in clear PVC and plated silver hardware. Never worn! This statement wrist cuff is 2.5" wide and 11" long in total. Oversized proportions with silver D-ring that holds a 1" diameter heavy circular ring. Should fit a large-ish wrist approx. 5.5" - 10" around. The clear PVC has some spotting I've attempted to show.
