This skirt is so versatile and Unique! One size fits most with the adjustable snaps. The top belt unzips completely to adjust size from 0-14. It is also reversable!!! It was purchased from a boutique in Amsterdam and never worn. There is a matching pouch that you can see in the pictures as it can be attached to the hook on the skirt or easily removed worn separately. No size tag but waist measures 14 1/2 across, so approx. 29" around. However, there a lot of snap closures on the waistband, so it was adjustable to all different waist sizes. Also the zipper that goes around waistband is can be undone and rezipped to change the material to the reverse and have 4 different options on how to wear the skirt.
