Zandra Rhodes vintage silk dress statement collar NWT

Vintage dead stock still has tags. 1980’s silk long sleeve dress Pockets 41”long 18.5 pit to pit 34” waist 40” hips Though this still has tags it has some very minor flaws on the fabric. This is unlined. I don’t know if this originally had a belt but it does not come with one. I added a photo with a belt to show what it would look like belted. - belt not included
