Zanzea collection Dusty Pink Tierred Ruffle Long-Sleeve Blouse

Pretty dusty pink long sleeve blouse with keyhole closure at back of neck, and tiered ruffle bell sleeves. I believe it is polyester, but there is no material or care tag. I washed on gentle cycle and hung to dry. Measures approximately: 20 3/4” across chest, 25” shoulder to hem, 23” shoulder to cuff. There are a couple of manufacturing defects(seam on front neckline, and extra thread at neckline) please see pics. Excellent condition other than that.
