Zara 1.5 - 2years Puffer Jacket

Worn Zara Lilac Puffer Jacket. Jacket has been worn a number of times during winter and to the snow. It was great for my daughter. The jacket has been dry cleaned however there appears to still be some stain spots. I didn't check it thoroughly when the dry cleaners provided the jacket to me so unsure if they cleaned it properly or it's a stain they cannot remove.
