Zara Baby Blue Top with Cape

This soft, flowy, boatneck top from Zara is slightly cropped (sits just above the waist) and has a really cute cape design in the back. There’s an extra layer of fabric that adds movement while you walk around to create a sort of boho fairy vibe. It’s in excellent condition except for one tiny spot (pictured) near the shoulder of one sleeve.
