Slip on floral top, oversized bib collar with scalloped eyelet lace trim, ties at front of neckline with keyhole, gathering on top of shoulders to create poof, double buttons on back of writs with small ruffle detail. Neck closes with an elastic loop/button & tie. Black background with purple, cream, orange flowers, green foliage, and cream lace on collar.
