In good conditions. The faux leather has a distressed look to it. The bottom of the bag has scuffs and the corners have peeled a bit. Comes with an adjustable strap. The inside has two large compartments and a pocket. Approx 13.5" length, 12" height without handle and 4.5" width. A wouldn't recommend for a laptop unless it's a small small one. Good for a tablet, books, a folder, planner etc.
