Zara Black Faux Leather Vegan Smocked Midi Dress SZ S NEW

This is so stinking cute. I bought it for an event but ended up wearing something different never wore it, but I do not have the tags on it for it. I took them off because I thought I was going to wear it. Pit to pit measurement is 12 inches but top is smocked so it is quite stretchy.
