Turtle neck top with mid length sleeves. I’m 5’9” so this was not dress length on me, I wore it with pantss or tights. It hit my mid thigh. Could be worn as a dress if you’re 5’2”-5’3” range but otherwise I’d categorize as a top. Black color has not faded. Nice rich color and soft dressier fabric.
