Zara Blue Satin-Feel Off-the-Shoulder Midi Dress

Brand new with tags, though there are a couple of areas at the top of the dress that have few thread snag areas on the fabric (they were like that when bought, but I decided to purchase it anyways at the time as it was the last size). Beautiful floral design against the gorgeous royal blue. Dress can be worn as is or belted up to give it more shape.
