Zara Blue/gray/brn plaid high waist ruffle skirt

Super cute Zara high waisted skirt with ruffle on the bottom, the skirt is lined and in good condition. Please see photos for details. This skirt does have belt loops but no belt. I used this black faux leather flower belt I brought back from a trip to Italy. I would consider selling it with the skirt. The shirt is sold separately In my closet. Lying flat skirt measures 19 inches from top of ruffle waist to fringed hem. Waist line flat measures 12 inches across but is gathered and very stretchy.
