This are a nice pair of leggings perfect for many occasions. The leggings are brand new with tags there made of a velvet or suede material. It has a zipper on the right side to open it up and close it. On the waist part it has a black elastic that will give it a bit more of stretch on the waist. They have zippers as well on the bottom of each legs so you may wear them opened or close how ever you prefer. I provided some approximate measurements to help you know if they may fit or not.
