pmarquina9 @cutecowgirlk Hey! Yes they are true to size. I used to have a pair in size 6 but I lost them. I repurchased them in a size 4 since that was the only size available and they were too small. I’m a size 6 in jeans universally. Let me know if you have more questions :)

gigishar Appreciate it! My apologies for not being more clear☺️ I need the hip measurements flat across the pants, (similar to how the waist is measured), at the hips, which should be under the zipper at the widest part of the pants.
