A cute dressy romper from Zara. I bought this in Europe to go out to dinner and never wore it again. It has a high neck with 3 buttons, and more buttons going down to the waist to take on & off. It has pockets! The outer layer is no attached too much so there is flowiness to it. The sleeves are droopy and feminine. 100% polyester Hand wash
