@swcyndi Hi! Yes, I do accept offers. The bust is about 17in and to be honest, it's kinda hard to measure/describe the waist. The dress has elastic right under the boob area and it flows out over the waist and hip area. I added a pic with it on. Let me know if that helps or if you need additional pics. Thanks!

@swcyndi True! The material isn't stretchy. The keyhole in the back and the elastic right under the boob area gives a bit of extra room. It's a cute dress just kinda hard to describe lol
