This skirt looks like a water painting. These pictures don’t do it justice. It’s soft, chiffon material. There’s some rouching around the waist - making it super flattering. There is also a slit that you can swivel around to be on the side, front or back. Underneath is a sheer pale blue lining in same material as skirt. Mint condition.
