Zara Green Peplum Blazer

Olive green Peplum blazer with black knit border and hook closure. Purchased from Zara Barcelona. Unfortunately I've never been able to wear it because it's too tight for me especially in the arms. I'm a true medium size 6. But this should fit 0 to 4.
