weloveclothes17 @bubblybfashion let me get back to you with measurements. The material is very stretchy. I’m a W25 for reference and it fit at my waist and my hip which is 30. I wore both high rise and low rise with this skirt. I’m 5’9 and the skirt arrived to my ankles. It isn’t see through so I believe it’s double lined?

weloveclothes17 @bubblybfashion hey! So the waist without stretch is 12 inches. It stretches out comfortably to 21inches from side to side. It is double lined. Please let me know if you’re interested, I have another buyer who’s interested :)
