Zara | Long Dress with Chain Neckline

This is a gorgeous, light blue breezy maxi dress from Zara, brand new with tags! I bought this in two sizes a few seasons back, and I ended up wearing it in a different size to a wedding. This one is unworn! I believe the material is chiffon. There are slits up the slides.
