Gently used. I needed a bigger jacket for when I was pregnant. So, this jacket was barely used. It’s very warm and very soft. The hood is very big but you can roll it up to make smaller. It’s not as shiny in real life as in photos from Zara. Two side pockets with zippers. Chest 25 inches. Back 21 inches.
