bizzleb23 @nsudyatmiko hello! The halter vest is still available! The back is open with the adjustable pull on the lower back. That is the only way to adjust the size. Nothing at the top-neck. I just measured side seam to side seam it is an even 17” across. I reread the care tag: 54% Polyester, 44% Wool, 2% Elastane but not stretchy Only dry clean and iron on low. No wash, no dry. The tags are attached as is the extra button. It’s brand new and unworn.
