Brand new, no tags. Purchased years back in Mexico. Runs smaller and is better quality than Zara today, IMO. Zara XS is usually big on me but this fits perfect. Off white / cream. A line flowy skirt. Bow tie for adjustable waist. Can be off shoulder or not.
