Straps are not adjustable, but should be easy to alter if needed. Color is a dark charcoal black so it’s like intentionally faded black. Which I personally prefer charcoal black denim as opposed to saturated black denim. 100% cotton fabric. Excellent, gently used condition. No issues to note. Marked as a size XSmall. Please note measurements: 47” overall length from top of straps to bottom of skirt. Skirt portion only is 32” inches Across the waist is about 12.5”.
