supernovakay @jamielynnn47 I think it is. I’m usually a small or medium depending on the material and fit. I think this shirt you can get away with the fit because the effect is in the ruffles! I hope that helps.

supernovakay @jamielynnn47 No zipper. The ruffles are a bit heavy, so through normal wear may drop it lower than intended if medium is already big for you. Some options are to safety pin the cloth together on the inside, to prevent slips. Or using a strapless bra and pinning it to the bra. Jut throwing out some possible options!
