muznajaafari @daynew32 If you turn your brightness up a bit you would be able to see it a bit more clearly. The puffy nylon are solid colors on both sides but the navy blue side is quilted in horizontal striped pattern. It is thick stripe pattern. The yellow is solid with no quilting, it is just puffy!

muznajaafari @daynew32 As far as the fabric colors there is no pattern in the fabric color itself! The pattern is the horizontal quilting done on the blue side.
