Zara Royal Blue Cutout Back and Zippers Dress

NWOT - has never been worn, price tag fell off. Tag shows S, but would fit XS better (runs small because there is not much stretch at the bust - please see measurements). Please note that it will fit a narrow back better. Royal Blue, darts on bust, cutout back with two zippers, inner lining. Exterior - 100% Polyester, Lining - 89% Polyester & 11% Elastane.
