Zara Ruffle Dress

Really cute mini ruffle dress. Sleeves are flowy and slight shorter than 3/4 length. Really flattering cut and lined so it’s not sheer. Back detail is velvet. Some polling happening and a small hold on a seam in the back but still has some life left!
