Zara flat front high rise seersucker pants/ trousers in navy blue & white stripes. Waistband is elastic with a textured detail at the back. Two hip pockets, two rear welt pockets. Leg has a slight taper with slits at outer hems. Material is seersucker in a cotton blend though fabric/ care tag has been removed. Size M. Please see photos for measurements.
