Zara Shirt Dress - See pix for size measurement

Zara Shirt Dress Tag says XS, but fits more like a Medium. Most definitely runs very big for an "XS". Pictures shows measurements. Brand New with tags. Super cute. Bought off another Poshmarker, but unfortunately sizing if tag was not true to size. I wished this fit! Any questions, please ask!
