Runs small or large?

@trameme I’m so sorry for replying late. I’m not sure if it runs small or large for Zara, I’m not too familiar with their dresses but this was too small on the top for me. I’m too heavy, 32/34dd , 5’ 120lbs it fit me everywhere but the chest. Laying flat it measures about 14.5-15” across the chest (does have the stretchy band in the back) and 14-14.5” across the waist. The material is flowy and not rigid at all. Not enough stretch for me to call it stretchy though.
