Zara TRF polka dot dress w/shorts

Like new/Very lightly worn polka dot dress with light ruffles at the sleeves and front. Built-In shorts behind the front wrap that really blends so you can't tell. Larger polka dots on the inside of the ruffles. Can be easily dressed up or down!
