Zara White & Multi-colored Dress size Small

This Zara dress is white with a multi-colored embroidered fabric design (it is not actually embroidered). It is 3/4 sleeve and mini style. It IS see-through but can be worn with a white slip under or even as a bathing suit cover up. I got this as a gift a while back so that’s why the price tag is ripped, but it is brand new! Willing to negotiate price!
